In & Outbound call analysis

By analysing your in- or outbound conversations I can advise you on how to succeed in generating new business. I will pay attention to your voice, breathing, choice of words, intonation and other sounds.
My feedback on these factors, in combination with your knowledge about the product/service that you offer and your knowledge of your customers, will lead to greater success in in- and outbound calls.

How does in/outbound analysis work?

You email me six recorded telephone conversations that you yourself have had with (potential) customers. I analyse those conversations and give you feedback.
If you prefer, I can listen in on live calls.

The investment

The investment for a recorded analysis is €300,-.
If you want me to listen live with you, the investment is €500,-. All analyses happen via Skype or another online service.
