Types of training

There are three different training options. All of them focus on conversation techniques, the new business process and the use of the ‘sales kit’ as well as the mindset that is needed to continuously generate new business.

Elements that will be discussed are making connections, intonations, listening, body language, empathy and many more tips and tricks that can be used to achieve new business with a potential new customer or with an existing customer (up/cross-sell).

The ‘master philosophy’ of the Always New Business program is not to sell but to let the (potential) customer become a fan of your company, service or product so that they wants to buy it themself.

For each of the training options, if desired, I will demonstrate that the theory works.
